How to return or exchange a purchase

You may return your purchase by mail only, simply fill out the Return Form enclosed in yourEye Kandee Lingerie USA package (to avoid any delay in processing your refund, please ensure the form is thoroughly completed). Please mail the completed form, original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to the address on the form.
For security reasons, please do not return the merchandise in the Eye Kandee Lingerie USA Gift Box alone. Please send the parcel back with the Gift box as well as the Shipping box
***Note: Exchanges are not available by mail.
You may return or exchange your purchase in person at our store located at 14 - 6888 Ruble St. Burnaby BC. Please bring your original invoice and completed return form with you. Without the original invoice and the completed return form we cannot do a return or exchange on the merchandise.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
If you wish to exchange your purchase and cannot visit our store, please follow the above return procedures and place a new order for the correct product.
